The free HubSpot enrichment of your company records (HubSpot Insights) is being sunset in favour of the Breeze Intelligence functionality.

New HubSpot accounts do not have access to the enrichment functionality as you see below.

For existing accounts, the timeline for deactivation remains unclear, causing potential disruptions. One pressing issue is that the automatic company creation from a contact’s email address no longer populates the company name—leaving critical fields empty. While HubSpot may address this glitch, users are still left without the enrichment datapoints once offered for free.

But don’t worry—there are solutions. Here’s how you can maintain and even enhance your company data enrichment:

Solution 1: Breeze Intelligence

You can activate Breeze Intelligence and all your company records will be enriched with more than 25 datapoints. Breeze Intelligence uses Clearbit data to enrich records.

With Breeze Intelligence you can also enrich contact records, get buyer intent and shorten forms. You have to do some basic setup and you are ready to start.

Pricing is as follows:

One credit equals enriching one record (either company or contact). If you exceed your tier in a given month, you move to the next tier (e.g., from 100 to 200 credits) for the remainder of the contract period.

Solution 2: 3rd party enrichment tools

If Breeze Intelligence doesn’t fit your needs, third-party tools provide excellent alternatives. These tools allow you to enrich company records via API and even integrate with platforms like Zapier or Make.

If you only need to enrich 100 company records per month you can use the free subscription from People Data Labs or Company Enrich.

Depending on your setup there is cost involved in setting up the integration and possible monthly cost for Zapier, Make or other iPaas tool.
